The working group in charge of Kansai area of Ho Chi Minh City (Kansaidesk in brief) is established by the Decision of 4913/QĐ-UBND dated 06/10/2014 of Ho Chi Minh People Committee with function and task as followings:
Function: helping Ho Chi Minh People Committee on consulting, receiving and feedback the result for all issues for the enterprise in Kansai Area and Japan enterprise in operating in Ho Chi Minh City. It likes a bridge between the enterprise in Kansai Area with local agencies and leaders of the City to solve all requests in the process of investment research and carry out project in Ho Chi Minh City.
Task: receiving requests by dialogue, missive, telephone or email from Kansai area and Japan; cooperating with function agencies and other authorities to get results quickly; report the Ho Chi Minh People Committee on the issues be out of authority or get the difference opinions among function agencies or with other authorities.
Since making an convenience in exchange information among Japanese enterprise and Kansaidesk, we design a “Submission Form” (English version attached) in order Japanese enterprise can use to make question during investment research or express their problem, difficulties during carry out investment project in Ho Chi Minh City.
