On October 22nd, 2013 a first seminar on investment of HEPZA was held in Nagoya - Japan to call for FDI into EPZs and IZs in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam.

More than 80 Japanese SMEs in Nagoya participated in the seminar. After a presentation of HEPZA's chairman on investment environment in Hochiminh City and incentive policy of Vietnam and presentations of Developers on service provider and advantages of Hiepphuoc Industrial park and Vie-Pan Techno park the Japanese investors paid more attention and requested more information in details for their future projects.

The Japanese investors were interested in the parks. And HEPZA was always open to suggestions from the investors. The second seminar will be organized in Osaka on October 23rd, 2013.
