On 17/9/2018, Representative of HEPZA have a meeting with Aichi Small And Medium Enterprise Management Consultant Association (ASMEMCA). To explore the environment and investment opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City, Representatives of the Association include Mr. Kimio Ishikawa, President of the Association and 12 members.

At the meeting, Mr. Kimio Ishikawa, President of the Association, introduced the functions and duties of the Association, with the main purpose of contributing to the development of small and medium enterprises and eventually to the healthy growth of the national economy with the disseminating and developing SME diagnosis Systems through close coordination among the members of the ASMEMCA. In addition, Mr. Kimio Ishikawa said that the delegation to Vietnam this time wanted to explore the investment environment of Ho Chi Minh City, especially Export processing zone (Epz) and Industrial Parks (Ip) in Ho Chi Minh City. The members were very interested in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City, therefore, after the survey, they would like to receive the cooperation and support of the Management Board of Hepza to provide guidance and investment advice for Aichi SMEs to promote investment in EPZ, IPs in Ho Chi Minh City.

Thereby, Representative of HEPZA introduced the function of Hepza; introduced the investment environment of Ho Chi Minh City, in the EPZ, IPs in Ho Chi Minh City and the Vie-pan Techno Park in Hiep Phuoc IPs.

In the process of working, members are concerned about issues of supporting small and medium enterprises in Aichi, such as the problem of the ability to provide support products of enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, labors skill and workmanship. In addition, the members are particularly interested in the model of the Vie-pan Techno Park, a form of facilitating Japanese enterprises to explore and invest in EPZ, IPs in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of Mr. Kimio Ishikawa thanked HEPZA for supporting and wished to continue to cooperate in promoting investment and calling for Japanese enterprises in Aichi to invest in EPZ, IPs in Ho Chi Minh City.
