With the aims of supporting and creating the most favorable conditions for investors and businesses in export processing zones (EPZ) and industrial parks (IP) of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial zone Authority (HEPZA) publishes the Legal Provisions to be Implemented by Investors in Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks of Ho Chi Minh City.

The publication provides necessary information on investor's obligations in the EPZs and IPs. With this publication, HEPZA hopes that investors will understand the steps of implementation, administrative procedures and investor's responsibilities in every stage from investment certificate issuance, building of factory to official commencement of operation; so that investors can comply with the laws on investment, construction, land, environmental protection, labor and relevant laws.
